Why Write?
Why do we write? Is it to satisfy our emotions, or to heal our pain? Is it to express our hidden innards? Can we really mend our broken-hearts with what we desire? Or do we hold it in and let it burn us like fire? From where do we get this desire? Sometimes it makes us wonder. Why do I write? Writing if you can ever love again, does my heart yearn for more in life, or what drives me crazy, does it have anything to do with why I do it? My ups and downs sometimes can make me frown, but can the pain and agony really be gone? Do we imagine the pain leaving as we express our tragedies on the paper in front of us? Why, why, oh why!? But why not write! Use the paper as your heart and the pen as your soul and revive your mind from whatever has impaired your feelings. But is it just you imagining everything gone? So why? Is it to question what life has in store for you in the future, whether you will become what someone else had destined you to be? From time to time you have to ask yourself, why do I write?
